Truong Huu Ngu is a Partner at Indochine Counsel. Ngu leads a team specializing in M&A, Project Finance, and Capital Markets. In addition, he collaborates closely with other partners' teams in order to provide his clients with a one-stop-shop experience.
Ngu joined Indochine Counsel after almost nine years working as a top lawyer (counsel) at the largest Japanese law firm in Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo. There, he gained substantial experience advising clients on numeous cross-border M&A transactions in a wide range of industry sectors, including banking, real estate, energy, and pharmaceuticals.
Ngu is the author of the widely-read "Pháp Lý M&A Căn Bản" (Fundamentals of M&A Legal Practice). His articles appeared on government-backed websites and were relied upon for legal reforms. The Saigon Times, the nation's leading business journal, has featured his work for more than a decade.
