In their April edition which just hit the web, they announced winning deals of the last year by category. Two deals in which Indochine Counsel was involved over the last year received commendation.
Indochine Counsel’s involvement in Truong Hai Auto Group’s acquisition of E-Mart as one of the winning deals of 2021 in Mergers & Acquisitions. Indochine Counsel’s involvement in the acquisition of EQuest Education Group by KKR was listed as an honourable mention in the Investment Funds category.
