Policies on support regimes for the Vietnamese with meritorious services, sending and receipt of e-documents between agencies in the state administrative and standards for general education school Principals will come into effect since September 2018.
Decree No. 102/2018/NĐ-CP stipulates support regimes and some other remuneration regimes for the Vietnamese who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, joined the resistance war and national resistance war and carried out international missions are residing overseas. The Decree will take effect since September 5, 2018.
Decree No. 100/2018/ND-CP dated July 16, 2018 of the Government amending and annulling some regulations on necessary business conditions in fields under the management of the Ministry of Construction will come into operation since September 15, 2018.
