Indochine Counsel hires lawyers for the long term. We don’t believe in working with lawyers for a year and then tossing them out, and we hope that our lawyers feel the same way about us. We offer regular training workshops and encourage our lawyers to obtain postgraduate degrees. We actively support our lawyers in developing their skills and we hope to see young lawyers mature into experienced practitioners.

As part of the requirements to be certified as a practicing attorney, you must complete a year long traineeship under the supervision of an experienced attorney. At Indochine Counsel we welcome trainees and seek to help them understand every aspect of our business. We feel it is important for a trainee to experience all the aspects of practicing law at our firm so they can better decide what area of law they wish to practice once they enter full fellowship in the Bar Association.
