Indochine Counsel Announces Publication of A Practical Guide to E-Discovery in Asia

Indochine Counsel is proud to announce the publication of A Practical Guide to E-Discovery in Asia, published by Lexis-Nexis. Continuing on the theme of important and cutting edge issues facing legal personnel, corporations, and investors in the region, Dang The Duc (Managing Partner) and Le Hong Bao Chuong (Associate) contributed the Vietnam chapter to the Lexis-Nexis guide.

The global E-discovery market will jump from $1.7 billion in 2013 to $2.9 billion by 2017. Most of this growth will take place in international markets outside the traditional US market. As Asia’s rapid digitisation gathers pace, the volume of evidence and the familiarity of the legal system with technology will demand that E-discovery be implemented to manage this process to aid the administration of justice.

Lexis-Nexis is an international legal resources company and provides local guidance and international access to legislation, cases, and treatises. They have published A Practical Guide to E-Discover in Asia, through their Singapore branch for SG$ 208.65. Many other countries in the region are also covered in the guide.

Indochine Counsel is one of the largest and most respected law firms in Vietnam, with an office both in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. With nearly thirty practitioners and five partners, Indochine Counsel is well staffed to provide services from simple contract review to the most complicated M&A transactions.
