On 24 May 2025, Indochine Counsel hosted an engaging seminar titled “FDI in Renewable Energy: Overview on the Legal Framework” for members of the Globalized Era Scholarship HCMC (GES HCMC 24) at our Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City. The discussion with GES members was led by Mr. Phan Anh Vu, Partner | Co-Head of Corporate and M&A, Projects & Infrastructure. 

The seminar provided valuable insights into Vietnam’s legal framework for foreign direct investment (FDI) in the renewable energy sector.
