Pham Dac Hoang earned his LLB from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2021. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management (CSEM) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
He is now a Junior Associate at Indochine Counsel, where he started his career as a Legal Intern during his final year of university. Hoang specialises in mergers & acquisitions, inward investment, corporate & commercial law, banking & finance, and dispute resolution. He also manages corporate governance and compliance matters for clients in Vietnam
Key clients he has assisted and advised include REPDC, Sun Energy, Sovico Group, BCG, Coteccons, THACO, Kien A, Pierreval Vietnam, Viet Huong, TLC Modular, Alliance One VN, New Hope Liuhe, among others.
Additionally, Hoang actively contributes to legal alerts and Vietnam Renewable Energy Guide on Indochine Counsel’s website and various legal publications in respect of renewable energy sector.
