Tran Trang Nhung (Gaby) is a Counsel at Indochine Counsel, where she is a member of a team that specializes in corporate & commercial and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). With eight years of experience as an in–house counsel, Gaby has demonstrated adaptability across diverse industries. Her expertise in contract, project management, and corporate governance has been proven in navigating complex legal issues in various sectors. A few highlights are:
- Group Legal Counsel for multinational corporations in the engineering, architect and project management industry, overseeing legal matters of 20 offices in over 12 countries.
- Legal Manager for a leading real estate developer specializing in high-end and luxury sectors.
- Legal Manager for an FDI company in renewable energy with a pipeline of more than 100 projects in Vietnam.
Before joining Indochine Counsel, Gaby was elected as Vice -President of Liverpool John Moores University Student Union where she demonstrated her passion for advocacy and leadership. Gaby founded jmsYOU podcast, Accent Campaign, and Nationalities Connected Week, fostering inclusivity, diversity, and mental health awareness within Liverpool John Moores student community. She was a founding member of a national campaign aimed at influencing policy changes for international students in the UK. She also participated as a speaker in various events, include:
