Indochine Counsel Joined the 2025 ASEAN IPA Conference on IP Enforcement in the Digital Era

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – 20 February 2025

From 14 to 15 February 2025, the team at Indochine Counsel was proud to participate in the 2025 ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (AIPA) Annual General Meeting & Conference, where industry leaders gathered to discuss the latest challenges and emerging trends in IP enforcement.

Representing Indochine Counsel at this prestigious event were:

  • Ms. Vu Hoang Ha Thu – Associate | Head of Intellectual Property
  • Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia – Junior Associate

This year’s conference, themed “Enforcement of Intellectual Property in the Digital Era – Challenges & Emerging Trends” brought together leading IP practitioners, legal experts, and policymakers from across ASEAN to tackle pressing issues in intellectual property enforcement, digital piracy, and technological advancements shaping the future of IP protection.

As digital transformation accelerates, businesses face increasing risks of IP infringement—from unauthorized use of copyrighted content to trademark counterfeiting in e-commerce. The conference provided a dynamic platform for discussions on enforcement strategies, legislative developments, and international cooperation to safeguard IP rights in the digital economy.

At Indochine Counsel, we recognize the growing complexities of intellectual property law in the digital era. By actively engaging in regional dialogues and industry-leading events like AIPA 2025, we ensure that our team remains at the forefront of legal innovation to help businesses protect, manage, and enforce their IP assets effectively.

We extend our gratitude to AIPA for organizing this insightful event and look forward to continuing our mission of delivering strategic IP solutions for businesses in Vietnam and beyond.
