On 13 February 2025, representatives from Indochine Counsel visited the new office of the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA), reaffirming our commitment to advancing arbitration and dispute resolution in Vietnam.
Leading the delegation was Mr. Dang The Duc, Managing Partner, accompanied by Mr. Pham Viet Tuan, Partner | Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Real Estate & Construction, Mr. Pham Hoang Vu, Associate | Deputy Head of Projects & Infrastructure, and Ms. Nguyen Khanh Thanh Vi, Head of Marketing & Business Development.
During the visit, Mr. Pham Xuan Sang, President of VTA, presented Indochine Counsel with a plaque of recognition, a testament to our ongoing collaboration in supporting businesses through arbitration. The team enjoyed a warm discussion over afternoon tea, joined by Ms. Dang Dieu Phuong, Executive Vice President, and the executive members of VTA, exchanging insights on the evolving landscape of commercial dispute resolution.

With Vietnam’s economy expanding and commercial transactions becoming more complex, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms like arbitration play an increasingly crucial role.
