Indochine Counsel is pleased to announce that Mr. Pham Viet Tuan, Partner | Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Real Estate & Construction, will participate as a panelist at the panel discussion “A ‘Cradle to Grave’ Review of Digital Assets Disputes in ASEAN”, taking place on 26 August 2026 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
The panel forms part of a special half-day programme held during Singapore Convention Week, celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) and the 11th Anniversary of the coming into effect of the HCCH Choice of Court Convention. The event will bring together judges, legal practitioners, policymakers, and regional experts to discuss key developments in cross-border dispute resolution and international legal cooperation.
Representing Vietnam, Mr. Pham Viet Tuan will join distinguished speakers from Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, to explore the full lifecycle of digital asset disputes in ASEAN – from litigation strategy and valuation challenges arising from cryptoasset volatility, to asset preservation and tracing, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, and insolvency issues involving digital assets.
This participation will reflect Indochine Counsel’s growing expertise in digital asset regulation and cross-border dispute resolution, as well as the firm’s ongoing contribution to legal and regulatory developments in Vietnam.
