Pham Viet Tuan is a senior associate at Indochine Counsel, where he heads the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Real Estate & Construction practice groups. With a specialization in real estate, construction, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, Tuan also provides expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commerce, and general corporate advisory. He represents both domestic and international clients in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, including proceedings at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
Before joining Indochine Counsel in January 2022, Tuan served as in-house counsel for seven years at prominent property developers and construction firms, including Phu My Hung Development Corporation, AZB JSC, and Star-light Co., Ltd. His extensive experience in these roles has honed his skills in navigating complex legal issues in real estate and construction.
Tuan holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (2016) and an LLM from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (2022). His background and expertise make him a valuable asset in handling intricate legal matters and advising clients across various sectors.
