Than Thi To Nhi obtained an LLB from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in August 2023.
Nhi joined Indochine Counsel in 2023 as a Legal Intern, subsequently progressed to Legal Assistant, and is currently a Junior Associate. Her practice focuses on inward and outward investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters, and regulatory compliance for clients operating in Vietnam.
She has advised several notable clients, including international and domestic businesses, such as TikTok Vietnam, ANTA Sports, Rheem Vietnam Limited, Sembcorp Energy Vietnam Pte. Ltd., An Cuong Group, Dai Dung Group, Phenikaa – X Joint Stock Company, Delfi Technologies Company Limited, Mega Lifesciences, and Deel Inc.
