This prestigious event is jointly organized by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) and the Singapore Management University, bringing together esteemed panelists to discuss key areas such as The State of the Legal Profession, Technology and the Legal Profession, The Client Perspective, and The Art of Law Firm Management in Asia. The Conference offers two concurrent tracks, the Management Track and the Technical Track, tailored to lawyers and in-house counsels.
Dr. Vinh will speak at the technical track of Cross-border Contracting in the Asian Context – Trips, Traps and Tips, where he will leverage the work our firm has been doing for the Contract Laws of Asia project of the Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI), an SAL subsidiary, to share his Vietnamese law and cross-border expertise.
