On 25 April 2025, the team at Indochine Counsel celebrated the World Intellectual Property Day by joining the seminar themed “IP and Music: Feel the Beat of IP”. The seminar was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Intellectual Property Association and the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics.
In response to World IP Day, the seminar featured a variety of activities, including expert-led sessions, legal consultations, and a creative video clip competition for students. All activities were designed to raise awareness, protect innovation, and foster a strong culture of intellectual property within the community.
Representing Indochine Counsel, Ms. Vu Hoang Ha Thu, Associate | Head of Intellectual Property, and Mr. Nguyen Le Toan Phuoc, Legal Assistant, actively participated in the event by offering legal consultations. Leveraging the in-depth understanding of the IP landscape, they provided practical guidance on identifying intellectual property assets, navigating registration procedures, and protecting IP rights for both organizations and businesses.
