Indochine Counsel was pleased to join the IPBA Mid-Year Regional Conference 2026, held in Ho Chi Minh City from 26–28 September 2026 under the theme “Doing Business in Asia: Opportunities Amid Uncertainty”.

Hosted by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association Vietnam Chapter and the American Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (AmCham), the three-day conference brought together legal professionals, business leaders and experts from across Asia to exchange perspectives on regional business developments and emerging opportunities.
As a conference sponsor, Indochine Counsel was pleased to contribute to the programme, with Mr. Dang The Duc moderating the panel “Technology, AI & Digital Regulation Across Asia” on 28 September. The discussion explored key developments in technology, AI and digital regulation across the region and their implications for businesses operating across borders.
Beyond the substantive discussions, the conference provided a valuable opportunity to connect with members of the regional legal and business community, exchange experiences and explore opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
