Indochine Counsel is pleased to announce that our Managing Partner, Mr. Dang The Duc, participated as a speaker at the Vietnam Go Global Investment Series 2026 – Outbound Investment Session, hosted by Normsun in collaboration with WD Capital, JCI East Saigon – JCI Vietnam, and Airwallex, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the New World Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event brought together Allinial delegations from across the region as well as investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in the discussions to discuss key legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations for Vietnamese businesses pursuing international expansion.
During the outbound investment session, Mr. Dang The Duc delivered a presentation titled “Regulatory Landscape: Briefing on Recent Developments in Offshore Listing Regulations.” His presentation provided an overview of Vietnam’s evolving regulatory framework for offshore listings, with a focus on recent legal developments and practical considerations for Vietnamese businesses seeking access to international capital markets.
The discussion highlighted the increasing importance of understanding regulatory requirements as Vietnamese businesses expand internationally and explore offshore capital-raising opportunities. It also provided participants with practical perspectives on navigating regulatory developments in support of cross-border expansion and long-term international growth and the opportunity to connect with professionals from the US, Brazil, Germany, Thailand and beyond, which was an enriching global experience.
