Indochine Counsel is proud to announce that Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Lan, Partner | Co-Head of Corporate and M&A, has been formally recognized by the World Bank for her expert contribution to the upcoming B-READY 2025 report.
Alongside her dedicated team, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc – Associate | Head of Investment & Corporate Services and Ms. Than Thi To Nhi – Legal Assistant, Ms. Lan provided in-depth legal insight into Vietnam’s corporate legal and investment landscape. In acknowledgment of this contribution, they received Certificates of Appreciation by the World Bank.
In addition, Mr. Dang The Duc, Managing Partner of Indochine Counsel also received a Certificate of Appreciation for his continued support with on-going projects of World Bank.
As one of the World Bank’s flagship corporate publications, B-READY (Business Ready) provides an annual global assessment of the business environment. It aims to promote economic growth and reduce poverty by evaluating the legal and regulatory conditions that support private sector development. The report highlights not only the ease of doing business for companies but also considers the interests of workers, consumers, entrepreneurs, and the sustainability of the business environment.
