Pham Thi Thanh Lan is a partner at Indochine Counsel, co-heading the firm’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group and leading the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency team. With over 19 years of consulting experience, Lan specializes in foreign investment in Vietnam. She adeptly assists foreign investors with company and factory setups, including partner identification, land acquisitions, leasing, feasibility studies, and preparing legal documentation for licenses. Additionally, Lan manages licensing matters with authorities and provides advice on commercial property transactions, including land acquisitions, joint ventures, and operational issues.
Before Lan joined the firm in early 2007, she worked for several years as an investment consultant for Vision & Associates, where she handled foreign invested projects for clients in Vietnam.
