On 17 September 2021, Managing Partner Dang The Duc spoke at the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Webinar hosted by the Asian member-institutes of the International Association of Financial Executives Institutes (IAFEI). Over three hundred members were in attendance and had the opportunity to listen to Indochine Counsel’s managing partner and several other distinguished guests discuss issues surrounding SPACs. Mr. Duc spoke about special issues facing Vietnamese companies who are interested in listing on foreign stock exchanges using the SPAC model.
