Vu Pham Huyen My graduated as the Valedictorian of the Faculty of Economic Law at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, in August 2022, and obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the same university in January 2025.
She joined Indochine Counsel in 2022 as a Legal Intern, progressed to Legal Assistant, and currently serves as a Junior Associate. Her practice focuses on inward investment, corporate restructuring, corporate and commercial transactions, antitrust and competition, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and capital markets.
She has advised numerous prominent clients, including both international investors and domestic businesses, such as ANTA Sports, Crestar Education Group, Sembcorp Energy, An Cuong Group, THK Powertools, Mega Lifesciences, Rheem Australia, among others.
She is also the author and co-author of various publications and articles published by Indochine Counsel, Vietnam Investment Review (VIR), and other legal journals.
