Ho Nguyen Anh Thu obtained an LLB from the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City) in December 2021. She is currently pursuing a Master of Economic Law (LLM) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
Thu joined Indochine Counsel in 2022 as a Legal Assistant and is now a Junior Associate. Her practice areas focus on labor and employment law, inward investment, corporate and commercial law, and mergers & acquisitions. She also provides counsel on employment issues and compliance matters for businesses operating in Vietnam.
Thu has advised several notable clients, including international and domestic businesses, such as HR2B Vietnam, REPDC, Sun Energy, Sovico Group, Viet Huong, Rheem Australia Pty. Ltd, Alliance One VN, New Hope Liuhe, S. Oliver Overseas Limited, Kantar Vietnam, Khai Sang Corporation, and LTP Garment.
