Lai Bich Ngoc obtained a Degree in Engineering from Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment in 2017. After earning her LLB from Hanoi Law University in 2021, she joined Indochine Counsel as a Legal Assistant.
Ngoc is now a Junior Associate at Indochine Counsel. She specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate & commercial, intellectual property, and labour & employment. Ngoc also advises clients on licensing matters in Vietnam.
Key clients she has assisted and advised include LeLa Space, Phenikka X, Starbucks, Selex, Bumble, and An Cuong Wood.
In addition, Ngoc is an active contributor to Indochine Counsel’s legal alerts and other legal publications.
