On 28 November 2025, the team at Indochine Counsel attended the forum “Perfecting Policies to Attract the New Generation of FDI into Industrial Parks,” organized under the direction of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and hosted by the Business Forum Magazine.
The forum brought together policymakers, ministry representatives, provincial leaders, industrial park developers, business associations, and more than 400 domestic and international investors to discuss Vietnam’s strategic shift toward high-quality, high-tech, and sustainable FDI. Discussions focused on the transformation of industrial parks, the green transition, and policy reforms aimed at strengthening investment competitiveness in key economic regions.
Joining the event were representatives from Indochine Counsel including:
- Mr. Tran Minh Phuong, Junior Associate
- Ms. Lai Bich Ngoc, Junior Associate
Speakers highlighted the growing importance of aligning Vietnam’s industrial park ecosystem with global trends in green development, low-emission production, and industrial symbiosis. Insights also underscored the need for strengthened institutional frameworks to support next-generation FDI projects that contribute to technology transfer, supply-chain linkages, and long-term economic sustainability.
