Nguyen Trung Nghia graduated as the Valedictorian of the Faculty of Law at the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City) in July 2023. In 2025, Nghia further completed the Lawyer Training Course and was awarded the graduation certificate with the second-highest overall score, ranking as the Salutatorian of the cohort.
Nghia joined Indochine Counsel in 2022 as a Legal Intern, advanced to Legal Assistant, and is currently a Junior Associate. Since joining Indochine Counsel, he has consistently demonstrated strong dedication and made significant contributions to both professional expertise and business development activities of the firm.
He specializes in privacy, personal data protection, cybersecurity, e-commerce, fintech, intellectual property (IP) and technology-related matters, tech M&A deals, regulatory and compliance advisory, as well as corporate and commercial transactions.
Nghia has advised several notable clients, including international investors and leading domestic enterprises, such as TikTok Pte Ltd.
