She specializes in advising on foreign investment, corporate and commercial transactions, taxation, and employment issues for businesses operating in Vietnam. With extensive experience in establishing subsidiaries, branch offices, and representative offices for foreign companies, she adeptly navigates compliance and regulatory challenges.
Before joining Indochine Counsel, Hoan practiced law for six years at a leading local firm after graduating from Hanoi Law University. Her expertise encompasses corporate and commercial law, licensing matters, labor disputes, and taxation issues.
