Nguyen Thi Hong Duong is a Senior Associate at Indochine Counsel, where she leads the firm’s Taxation practice. Since joining in March 2009, she has developed a strong reputation for advising on foreign and offshore investment, corporate and commercial matters, taxation, banking and finance, and employment issues for businesses operating in Vietnam.
Duong’s expertise is underpinned by over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, including more than a decade as Chief Accountant for Japanese companies. This deep financial background uniquely positions her to navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Before joining Indochine Counsel, Duong worked at VILAF for approximately three years.
